Interfood trades dairy around the world, and many of its customers have climate targets that only become real on the farm. Interfarm is where those targets turn into actual work: customers and dairy suppliers plan on-farm interventions, fund them together and track the CO₂ they take out.
I lead the technology behind it — architecture, delivery across several external engineering teams, and turning regulatory and customer requirements into a product people actually use. Around it I am building AI agents and orchestrated workflows that run sustainability operations end to end, from data intake to customer reporting.
